“Grrrr..I can’t drive and hold this between my knees! There’s nowhere to put my cup! Who left these two half empty coffees in the cup holders?!”
“You did. Yesterday. And the day before,” came Mini-Me’s voice quietly from the back seat as she barely raised her eyes from her book.
I huffed and got back out of the car, put the full cup of coffee on the roof, lent across the driver’s seat and picked up the old take out cups, walked down the street, chucked them in the bin, came back, retrieved my coffee and got back into the car. Mini-Me looked up.
“You should get a Nissan Safari.”
“A Nissan Safari. Cup holders in the glove box. The glove box is heated. Comes as standard.”
She continued reading. I tried not to laugh.
